Janice Chipolla
Janice has been a Dentrix Enterprise Certified Trainer for 22 years. She also is the Implementation Training Specialist for Enterprise Clients assisting with conversions, database design, and validating converted data. Not only is Janice an experienced trainer, she is also a highly sought out speaker for our user conferences such as Business of Dentistry. Janice has been the recipient of the Trainer of The Year award three times in her career for her outstanding performance as a certified trainer.

Sharmayne Bierschenk
Sharmayne is the Customer Success Manager for Dentrix Enterprise with an integral role in the new implementations and upgrade process for IHS. She has a vast knowledge of the dental industry from experience in a variety of environments. She has been instrumental in dental software development, training, and support. She has been involved with office management and operations, start-ups, mergers, and acquisitions. Additionally, she has experience with stateside and international dental journals, and dental schools.

Participants should be end users of the IHS Electronic Dental Record.

Please Make Checks Payable to: Indian Health Service.

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
