Summary:

This one day seminar is featured during Oral Cancer Awareness Month. Because many oral cancer cases are discovered during late development, the rates of oral cancer cases reaching stage IV are at an alarming rate. Research shows “one American dies every hour of every day from oral cancer”. The morning course will share the experience of living with stage IV oral cancer and how she survived, and the afternoon lecture will cover oral cavity cancer screening with management and reconstruction measures of oral cancer.
