Founded in 1979, we are an AAAHC accredited Indian Health Service facility specializing in the promotion of primary health care for eligible Native American patients. We provide comprehensive family practice outpatient medical services to all federally recognized Indian and Alaska Native people and their descendants living in or visiting our service area. We also provide student school health services for the Chemawa Indian School. Our goal is to help you achieve optimal health by focusing on healthy lifestyle habits.
