Please join the Indian Health Service (IHS) for a virtual Tribal Consultation session related to IHS contracting policy and procedures associated with implementing the Buy Indian Act of 1910 (Buy Indian Act) at 25 U.S.C. § 47. The IHS initiated consultation on November 2, 2020 and provided a Framing Paper on the Buy Indian Act. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) is available on the Federal Register Web site: NPRM.
