| Duties: | We are looking for a caring individual to join our collaborative Family Medicine and Behavioral Health team. Monday – Friday flexible hours, no nights or weekends, they are offered a benefit package that includes but not limited to CME's and paid time off to attended, paid insurance, license and DEA, PTO (paid time off), Health insurance and 10 paid Holidays. |
| Qualifications: | •Graduate of an approved medical school, completed internship and residency •Must be licensed and in good standing to practice medicine •CA Physician License or willing to obtain one •Basic Life Support (BLS) •Family Practice 3 – 5 years of experience •Assume a leadership role for our primary care team, oversee midlevel's •Effectively utilize electronic health record (EHR) to document clinical activity and manage patient population. •Work effectively and cooperatively with other team members •Good organizational and communication skills •Able to work independently and in a timely manner. •Participate in care team training |
