The MSPI Portal Exit Disclaimer: You Are Leaving www.ihs.gov  is the online reporting system where MSPI funded projects submit their annual progress report.

Annual progress reports are due once a year. The portal opens on October 1st and reports are due on October 31st. Visit the MSPI Portal Exit Disclaimer: You Are Leaving www.ihs.gov  to begin your annual progress report.

MSPI projects report on their yearly activities according to their scope of work and Purpose Area. Reporting periods are listed below.

Grantees ONLY: When the Annual Progress Report is completed, print a copy of the report from the MSPI portal as a PDF file and upload the PDF report file to your GrantSolutions Exit Disclaimer: You Are Leaving www.ihs.gov  account.

IHS Federal Awardees ONLY: IHS Federal awardees are required to submit the Annual Progress Report electronically in the MSPI PortalExit Disclaimer: You Are Leaving www.ihs.gov .

Quarterly Federal Financial Form (SF-425)

The SF-425 is a standard financial form that projects must use to report cumulative expenses incurred for each grant for Grantees and for each program award for Federal Awardees. Projects are required to submit quarterly Federal Financial Form (SF-425).

Federal Awardees ONLY: Federal awardees are required to submit a copy of the quarterly SF-425 to the MSPI Portal Exit Disclaimer: You Are Leaving www.ihs.gov .

User names and passwords are required to access the MSPI portal and the GrantSolutions system.
