Previous Requirements

CMS released the Medicare and Medicaid Programs: Electronic Health Record Incentive Program – Stage 3 and Modifications to Meaningful Use in 2015 through 2017 final rule Exit Disclaimer: You Are Leaving www.ihs.gov . This final rule states that all EPs and EHs will report on Modified Stage 2 until Stage 3 reporting begins in 2018. All previous requirements for Meaningful Use will be accessible under the previous requirements tab.
