Installation Notes For ACHS V 3.0 Patch 3

1.  GENERAL INFORMATION 
  
        a) All corrections are to routines.  See further descriptions,
           below, which is the text that is delivered to users with
           programmer accesss on your system.
	b) This patch is cumulative of previous patches.
	c) This patch fixes:
                1) Fix ZTIO=IO problem
                2) Fix the file 200 problem
                3) Fix the totals report (by tribe and city)
                4) Fix an <UNDEF> in ACHSPAP
                5) Fix the XPOR function, Manual does not match batch
                6) Update PCC JCL code in ACHSPCC4
        d) This patch provides a routine (ACHSZZ03) to identify if a
           database corruption exists at a site.  This was run in patch
           two and needs to be rerun after installation of patch 3.
  
2.  CONTENTS OF DISTRIBUTION 
        a)  achs0300.03p - Routines 
        b)  achs0300.03n - This file 
 
3.  REQUIREMENTS
	a)  CHS V 3.0 
 
4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 
	a) Disable menu option ACHSMENU.
        b) Restore 16 routines from the file achs0300.03p.
	c) Enable menu option ACHSMENU.

5. Running routine ACHSZZ03 for detection of CHS/RCIS IEN corruption
        a) The routine ACHSZZ03 kill 1 global, so global protection must
           be modified to allow the killing of the global ^ACHSZZ03
              1)  D ^%GCH
              2)  Select Global: ^ACHSZZ03
              3)  Select Option #5 -- Allow/Prevent KILL
              4)  Answer NO to -- prevent KILL of entire global
        b) At the programmers prompt enter D ^ACHSZZ03.  If this reports
	   a number of errors other than 0 the database corrpution
	   exists at the site.
        c) If the number of errors reported is other than 0 then have
           the AO ISC person contact the CHS developer.
        d) The CHS developer will assist the AO ISC person in correcting
	   the database corruption if it exists.
