		2) <UNDEF> error in ^ACHSRP
		3) Modify HAS record format for CORE

4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 
	a) Disable menu option ACHSMENU.
        b) Restore 19 routines from the file achs0300.04p.
	c) Enable menu option ACHSMENU.
