3.  REQUIREMENTS
        a)  CHS V 3.0 
 
4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 
        a) Disable menu option ACHSMENU.
        b) Restore 20 routines from the file achs0300.06p.
        c) Enable menu option ACHSMENU.
