        b) This patch is cumulative of previous patches.
        c) This patch fixes:
                1) Manual retransmission <UNDEF> error around
		   tag BC in ACHSTX2.
                2) CHS install routine ACHSPRE crash on DOS/NT
                   machines.

4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
        a) Disable menu option ACHSMENU.
        b) Restore 20 routines from the file achs0300.07p.
        c) Enable menu option ACHSMENU.
