Installation Notes For ACHS V 3.0 Patch 10

1.  GENERAL INFORMATION

        a) Corrections are to routines and to the Data Dictionary of
	   two CHS files 'CHS DATA CONTROL' and 'CHS COMMON ACCOUNTING
	   NUMBERS'.  Sites that are 638 and issue checks using the CHS
	   applications software were experiencing a problem witht the
	   "TCHK" cross reference, this has been fixed.  Sites using the
	   option to print EOBR data from the CHS document were experiencing
	   a print error, this has been fixed.  The data format provided
	   by BCBS of NM and the CHS EOBR processing were not in agreement
	   on data content format, this has been corrected.  Sites have
	   EB files in the old format that have not been processed and must
	   be provided a way to process these files, this has been
	   accomplished with a temporary set of routines.
        b) This patch is cumulative of previous patches.
        c) This patch fixes:

2.  CONTENTS OF DISTRIBUTION
        a)  achs0300.10k - KIDS distribution file

3.  REQUIREMENTS
        a)  CHS V 3.0

4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
        a) Disable menu option ACHSMENU.
	b) Backup all ACHS routines using %RS.
		1) D ^%RS
		2) select HFS.
		3) enter save file name such as 'ACHS_SS.19990401'.
		4) enter a comment such as 'Pre patch 10 snapshot'.
		5) select routines 'ACHS*'.
        c) Perform KIDS install of file achs0300.10k.
	d) Modify entry action of menu Opiton 'CHSFEOBR' as follows:
		1) D P^DI
		2) Select OPTION: ENTER
		3) INPUT TO WHAT FILE: OPITON
		4) CHOOSE (1-2): 1
		5) EDIT WHCICH FIELD: ALL// ENTRY
		6) THEN EDIT:
		7) Select OPTION NAME: ACHSFEOBR
		8) Replace: D ^ACHSEOB with: D ^AZZZEOB
		9) Replace:
        e) Enable menu option ACHSMENU.
	f) In the event of an install failure  restore the snap shot
	   file created in step 4.b.
		1) D ^%RR
		2) enter snap shot file name from step 4.b.3.
		3) restore all routines.
	g) After all old format EB files have been processed reset the
	   ACHSFEOBR option to use D ^ACHSEOB again.
