Installation Notes For ACHS V 3.0 Patch 13
===========================================================================
         PREFIX:  ACHS
CURRENT VERSION:  3.0
===========================================================================

1.  GENERAL INFORMATION

        a) Sites have reported several problems in CHS.
		1) When sites set the site parameter to 'CORE' the global
		   ^ACHSPCC is not built and no DHRs are generated for the
		   the CORE computer system. It is required that this pa-
		   rameter be set to 'CORE' as the HAS system is gone.
		2) The SPRINT X.25 network supporting the 3780 transmission
		   software no longer exits. This prevents data from being
		   sent from the RPMS CHS appliction to the CORE system and
		   to the BCBSNM FI system. TCP/IP connectivity from each
		   area office to the CORE system and to the BCBSNM FI system
		   are in place. FTP is a file transmission protocol that
		   works on top of the TCP/IP network protocols. Replace the
		   old data transmission approach that utilized the X.25 3780
		   combination with one that uses the TCP/IP FTP combination
		   to deliver files from the RPMS CHS application to the CORE
		   computer system and the BCBSNM FI computer system. In add-
		   ition EOBR files will be downloaded from the BCBSNM FI
		   computer system using TCP/IP FTP.
		3) The routine ACHSEOB4 was not properly extracting ADA/REV/
		   CPT code data from the 'F' record. This field had move
		   due to date expansion and peripheral logic was not updated.
        b) This patch is cumulative of previous patches.
        c) This patch fixes:
		1) Routine list:
			ACHSACO1 -- ALWAYS CREATE ^ACHSPCC GLOBAL CORE DHR(S)
			ACHSEOB4 -- CORRECTION TO ADA/REV/CPT CODE EXTRACTION
