 1.  GENERAL INFORMATION

     a)  This patch is NOT cumulative of previous patches to this version.
         It is required to be installed at the Area and patch 18 be installed
         prior.
         Patch 18 is cumulative, so if patches have not been kept up to
         date, install patch 18 then install patch 19.

     b)  Description of changes:
         1) Denial changes
            	a. displaying reasons and options
             	b. selecting multiple denial reasons
             	c. displaying the selected reasons and options

         2) Changed the naming convention for the facility export file
            Facilities will be able to export a regular export and multiple
            re-exports daily.
               		Example: ACHS505201.20100101_091240

         3) Addition of the vendor fax number and E-mail address to the edit
            a vendor option and printing the fax number on the PO.

         4) Modification to the Pay option for Tribal sites using the FI, when
            Paying manually they will be prompted for EOBR information.

         5) Modification to the Programmer's option to set documents in the
            print queue.  Documents will now be selected by FY and Beginning
            and ending PO number

         6) Miscellaneous changes
            a. E-sig and Signed E-sig report to include Blanket PO
            b. GAO report problem with variables resetting after running report
            c. Eligibility report modified to test for undefined patient's in
               the VA Patient file.
            d. GPRA report modified for slave printing
            e. PO laser print changes for Penobscot
            f. Tucson changes for UFMS and FI database identification
            g. S Ute modifications for FI processing
 	
     c)  Typical time for the install is five minutes.

 3.  REQUIREMENTS

         CHS/RCIS link


 4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

     a)   This is a KIDS Install.  Use the Installation options on the KIDS
         menu.

     b)  Load the Distribution into KIDS using option 1 on the KIDS
         Installation menu.  The distribution was released in a file named
         achs0310.19k.

     f)  Verify the load using option 2 on the KIDS Installation menu.

     g)  Consider using options 3 and 4 on the KIDS Installation menu to
         print and compare the Transport.   

     h)  Install the distribution using option 6 on the Installation menu.

     i)  For results, read the generated MailMan message, or use the KIDS
         "Install File Print" option to view/print the "ACHS*3.1*19"
         entry.

     j)  The post-install routine, ACHS3119, will deliver a patch
         installation mail message to local users that hold the ACHSZMENU,
         XUMGR, XUPROG, or XUPROGMODE security key.
