1. GENERAL INFORMATION	

   This patch fixes the following:
      
   1. Fixes several problems with the general retrieval program.

   2. Fixes complication list entry to not prompt for register.

   3. Adds a new register status of LOST TO FOLLOW UP.

   4. Fixes cross reference definitions on several files.

2. CONTENTS OF DISTRIBUTION

   a) acm_0200.04k - Patch kids file

   b) acm_0200.04n - Notes File

3. REQUIREMENTS

   a) VA Kernel V 8.0 or later

   b) VA FileMan V 21.0 or later


4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

   In all UCIs running the Case Management System:

   a) Disable logins or ensure all users are off, or disable ACMMENU.

   b) Do routine save for routines acm*

   c) This is a KIDS install.  Load distribution acm_0200.04k.
      After it is loaded, then install it.  If you need assistance
      with a KIDS install please call your Area Support personnel.

   d) Enable logins and/or ACMMENU.
