New CPT: 87426 0223U 0224U Revised CPT: 86318 86328 7/6/2020: CMS has modified the descriptor of the CS modifier effective 3/1/2020, to clarify how Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) can apply the Cost Sharing (CS) modifier to preventive services furnished via telehealth.
