 1.  CONTENTS OF DISTRIBUTION:
 
     acr_0210.012k  (KIDS formatted file)
     acr_0210.012n  (notes file)
 
 2.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
     ADMIN RESOURCE MGT SYSTEM V 2.1 through patch 8
     VA FILEMAN V21
        NOTE: This patch skips Patches 9 and 10 which will be released at 
              a later date.
 
 3.  CHANGES THAT THIS PATCH WILL MAKE:
 
     This patch installs the new city per diem rates for fiscal year 2005
     which includes modifications added after the release of Patch 11.
 
     This patch contains 2 routines:
                  ACRFPD12       ACRF12EN
 
     The ACRFPD12 routine is used to install the new per diem rates and 
     the ACRF12EN routine is the environment check. Both routines may be 
     deleted after the installation is completed.
 
     This patch contains a temporary file, ACRZ PER DIEM UPDATES 
     #9002199.9, containing the new per diem rates.  This file will be 
     automatically deleted by the installation process when the
     installation is completed.
 
 4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
 
     NOTE:  This patch contains a temporary file ACRZ PER DIEM UPDATES 
     #9002199.9 which will be automatically deleted by the installation 
     process when the installation is completed.
 
     A.  Outstanding 2004 travel documents should be completed.
 
     B.  Suspend use of the ARMS package.
 
     C.  Make a backup copy of the ARMS PER DIEM CITY file #9002193.9 
         including data.
 
     D.  Under the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu [XPD 
         MAIN], use option Load A Distribution to load the ACR*2.1*12
         patch into KIDS.
 
         Enter a Host File: acr_0210.12k
 
         Use option Print Transport Global on the KIDS Installation Menu 
         to print and review components of this distribution.
 
     E.  Under the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu [XPD 
         MAIN], use option Install Package(s) to install the package.
 
         Select INSTALL NAME: ACR*2.1*12
 
         Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options and Protocols? 
                     YES// NO
 
         Device: Home//
 
         After installation is complete, use option Install File Print of 
         the KIDS Utilities submenu to print and review the installation
         process.
 
     F.  Routines ACRFPD12 and ACRF12EN may be deleted.
 
     G.  Resume using the ARMS package.
