1.  GENERAL INFORMATION

    This patch is NOT a cumulative of previous ADE v6.0 patches!

    Associated patches:  ADE*6.0*19  <<= must be installed BEFORE ADE*6.0*20

    The following routines are included in this patch;

    ADEAPC 
    ADEAPC2
    ADEKRP2 

    About this Patch;
 I. Problem: 
    Duplicate PCC visits are being created because the user was not
    allowed to select an already existing visit for a visit date.

    Solution: 

    If the site would like an interactive PCC link, meaning when
    the PCC link fires the user will be asked to select the correct
    PCC visit if one already exists, they need to edit the site 
    parameters and set a new parameter INTERACTIVE PCC LINK? to yes.
    Once they do this anytime a pcc link fires and there is already
    a visit in PCC to dental clinic the user will be asked to select
    that visit or create a new one.  This will prevent duplicate visits
    from being created when the site has dental visits being created
    through the PIMS check in process.

II. Problem:
    If a dental user added a dental visit with ADA codes, filed the
    record and later on decided to edit the same dental record to add
    more ADA codes, only the first ADA codes would be passed to PCC
    when all ADA codes should have been passed to PCC.

    Solution:

    This patch will correct this issue.

3.  REQUIREMENTS

    a)  Kernel v8.0 or later

    b)  FileMan v22 or later

    c)  ADE V 6.0 including patch 19


4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

    In all UCI's running IHS DENTAL (Namespace: ADE)

    a)  Notify Dental users to stop using ADE during the install process.

    b)	Log in as a system manager and go to programmer mode.
        D ^XUP and choose for the option KERNEL INSTALLATION AND DISTRIBUTION

    c)	Load the Distribution into KIDS using option 1 on the KIDS Installation 
        menu. The distribution was released in the file named ade_0600.20k.
 
    d)  Verify the load using option 2 on the KIDS Installation menu.

    e)  Consider using options 3 and 4 on the KIDS Installation menu to print
        and compare the Transport global.

    f)	Install the distribution using option 6, Install Name = ADE*6.0*20.
        Answer 'YES' to 'Environment Check Question'
        Answer 'NO' to 'Disable Options, Menu's and Inhibit Logons'.
	
    g)	Verify that the patch installed properly by displaying the installed
	patches in the Utility menu

    h)  Notify the Dental users that it's ok to resume use of ADE.
