1.  GENERAL INFORMATION

        a)  Print all notes/readme files.

        b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the
            installation be captured using an auxport printer
            attached to the terminal at which you are performing
            the software installation.  This will insure a printed
            audit trail if any problems should arise.

        c)  This patch corrects four problems:
            1) On Immunization Due letters, vaccines were showing up as
               due, even if the minimum interval between series had not
               passed.  This has been corrected.
            2) On the Quarterly Immunization Report, the total under
               "Appro For Age" was always zero.  This has been corrected
               to reflect true number.
            3) An option to set DTP series 4 due at either 12 months or
               15 months was needed.  This has been added to the 
               "Set Month MMR and HIB Due" option.
            4) The HEP B vaccine did not show up as due after 12 months.
               An option to have HEP B show up as due up through age 5
               has been added.

3.  REQUIREMENTS

        a)  Kernel v 7 or later
        b)  FileMan v 20 or later

4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

        In all UCI's running Immunization v6.8:

        a)  Disable logins or ensure all users are off, or
            disable AMCHMENU.

        b)  Do routine restore from the file amch0680.p1,
            which should restore 4 routines.

        c)  At the programmer prompt, run the routine ^AMCHPOST by
            entering  D ^AMCHPOST.  Answer the three prompts regarding
            the desired settings for MMR, HIB, and DTP. (Consult your
            Immunization Coordinator for these settings.)

        c)  Enable logins and/or AMCHMENU.
