1.  GENERAL INFORMATION

        a) Correction is to one routine.
        b) This patch fixes:
		a) ANS for Y2000 compliance.
		b) One routine has changed
		c) Routine list:
		   ANSQPAA - SETUP FOR ASSESSMENT HISTORY PRINTOUT

2.  CONTENTS OF DISTRIBUTION
        a)  ans_0300.01p - Routine distribution file
        b)  ans_0300.01n - This file

3.  REQUIREMENTS
        a)  ANS V 3.0

4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
      a) Disable menu option ACHSMENU.
	b) Backup all ANS routines using %RS.
		1) D ^%RS
		2) select HFS.
		3) enter save file name such as 'ANS_SS.19990401'.
		4) enter a comment such as 'Pre patch 1 snapshot'.
		5) select routines 'ANS*'.
		6) D ^%RR
		7) enter ans_0300.01p
		8) restore all routines
	c) Enable menu option ACHSMENU.
	d) In the event of an install failure  restore the snap shot
	   file created in step 4.b.
		1) D ^%RR
		2) enter snap shot file name from step 4.b.3.
		3) restore all routines.
