1.GENERAL INFORMATION
This patch fixes the following:
Added several new VGEN/PGEN items:  Medicaid Plan name as sort
      Item, PHN items, EKG, Indian Blood Quantum.
      Fixed undef in operations summary report.
      Fixed index check in APCLCP11 (activity report).
      Added a check for DEMO,PATIENT in several reports.
      Fixed returns to the ER report to screen out any after 72 hours.
      Added a report of visit to general clinic and dental clinic on the
      Same day.
      Modified the Calendar Year First Visit report.
      Changed all activity reports to display hours rather than minutes.

b)  apcl0300.05b - Globals ^APCLRECD and ^APCLVSTS

c)  apc10300.05n - Notes  File

3.    REQUIREMENTS

a)  VA Kernel V 8.0 or later

b)  VA FileMan V 21.0 or later

4.INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

In all UCIs running APCL - IHS PCC Reports: 

        a) Disable logins or ensure all users are off, or disable 
           APCLMENU.

        b) Do routine save for routines APCL*

        c) This is a KIDS install.  Load distribution apcl0300.05k.
            After it is loaded, then install it.  If you need assistance
            With a KIDS install please call your Area Support personnel.
                                                                   
        d) Do Global save of ^APCLRECD  and ^APCLVSTS.

        e) Kill ^APCLRECD,^APCLVSTS.

        f) Do global restore from the file apc10300.05b which should 
           restore 2 globals.

        g) Enable logins and/or APCLMENU.
