1.  GENERAL INFORMATION

 

    a)  Print all notes/readme files.

 

    b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the

        installation be captured.  This will insure a printed

        audit trail if any problems should arise.

    

    c) The Influenza-Like Illness (ILI) surveillance export

       export file is sent daily to the IHS Division of 

       Epidemiology and Disease Prevention in Albuquerque for analysis.



       This patch makes the following changes to the ILI export:



	1. Modified exports to identify type of ICD code (I9 or I10)

	2. Updated the filename extension to identify as patch 30 (_p30)

        3. Include MU2 batch export

3.  REQUIREMENTS

 

    a)  Kernel v 8.0 or later

    b)  FileMan v 22

    c)  PCC Management Reports V3.0 patch 29 (apcl0300.29k)

        

      

4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

    In all UCI's running PCC Data Entry:

  

    1) Load the Distribution into KIDS using option 1 on the KIDS

        Installation menu.  The distribution was released in a

        file named apcl0300.30k.



    2)  Verify the load using option 2 on the KIDS Installation

        menu.



    3)  Consider using options 3 and 4 on the KIDS Installation

        menu to print and compare the Transport global.



    4)  Install the distribution using option 6 on the

        Installation menu.  NOTE:  On install you will be asked to

        indicate whether they system you are installing on is a 

        PRODUCTION system or a TEST/TRAINING system, please answer

        appropriately.



    5)  For results, use the KIDS "Install File Print" option to 

        view/print the "APCL*3.0*30" entry.
