1. GENERAL INFORMATION

  a) Print all notes/readme files.
  
  b) It is recommended that the terminal output during the installation 
           be captured. This will ensure a printed audit trail if any problems 
           should arise.

  c) This patch IS NOT a cumulative patch. Patch APSP 1036 must be 
           installed prior to installing the contents of this patch.          

2. MODIFICATIONS/ENHANCEMENTS INCLUDED IN THIS PATCH
 
     Patch 1037 (Epic 116046) contains the following updates:

     73443 - Modify the CSM report so that they will work for autofinished
             prescriptions
     73922 - Provider DEA# Report - Change text from IEN to DEA#
     74064 - Modify the intervention logging process throughout 
             pharmacy package
     74621 - CPO - New "all Order Institutions" parameter
     75022 - Remove display of two character prefix from Reason Request Denied
             (Activity Action) field options
     75435 - Highlight MAIL/DO NOT MAIL in patient info header in 
             prescription processing
     80332 - APSP - Check that Prescriber phone(s) are 10 numbers
     98597 - Add FDA Med Guide alert to Copy to New in Prescription processing.
     98598 - Summary label fixes for the Summary Label Option 
             [APSP SUMMARY LABEL]
    109376 - Modify Clinic Order message logic in RPMS Inpatient Pharmacy Queue
    109426 - Remove clozapine check from RPMS Patient Prescription Processing
             and clozapine mark from Drug Enter/Edit
    115541 - Remove Print List and Print Screen options from RPMS Patient 
             Prescription Processing
    126570 - Document REFILL Edits in the Prescription Activity Log

4. REQUIREMENTS

  a) Kernel v8.0 Patch 1019 or later
  b) FileMan v22 patch 1019 or later
  c) IHS Pharmacy Modifications v 7.0, patch 1036

5. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  This patch should not be installed while pharmacy users are on the 
        system.

  a) Remove pharmacy users from the system.

        b) Use the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu [XPD MAIN] to
           load (option 1) and install (option 6) the following KIDS builds. 
           Verify each load using option 2 on the KIDS Installation menu to 
           ensure that the transport file is not corrupt. Consider using 
           options 3 and 4 on the KIDS Installation menu to print and 
           compare the Transport global.
