1. GENERAL INFORMATION
	
   This patch fixes the following:      
   Adds SSN to APCL DIABETES REG NEW CASE BULLETIN 
        
2. CONTENTS OF DISTRIBUTION

   a) atx_0510.04k - Patch kids file
   b) atx_0510.04n - Notes File

3. REQUIREMENTS

   a) VA Kernel V 8.0 or later

   b) VA FileMan V 21.0 or later

4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

   In all UCIs running the Taxonomy System:

   a) This patch is cumulative and contains routines ATXPOV and ATXBULL.
      These routines are called by PCC Data Entry therefore, in order
      to prevent a CLOBR error, this patch should be loaded when
      data entry users are not on the system.

   b) Do routine save for routines ATX*

   c) This is a KIDS install.  Load distribution atx_0510.04k.
      After it is loaded, then install it.  If you need assistance
      With a KIDS install please call your Area Support personnel.
