1.  GENERAL INFORMATION
 
    a)  Print all notes/readme files.
 
    b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the
        installation is captured.  This will insure a printed
        audit trail if any problems should arise.
    
    c)  This build contains the following modifications:
        Updated the following taxonomies
         -  SURVEILLANCE CLI (added J16.8, J17., J84.111)

        Created the following new taxonomies
         - BQI CANCER DXS
         - BQI IMMUNE DEFICIENCY DXS
         - BQI TRANSPLANT DXS
         - ATX IMMUNOSUPPRESS RXNORM
         - ATX IMMUNOSUPPRESS DRUGS

3.  REQUIREMENTS
 
    a)  Kernel v8.0 patch 1018 (XU*8.0*1018) or later  
    b)  FileMan v22.0 patch 1018 (DI*22.0*1018) or later  
    c)  Taxonomy v5.1 patch 38 (atx*5.1*38)
    d)  AUM v21.0 patch 4 (aum*21.0*4) or later
    
     
4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
    In all UCI's running Taxonomy:
  
    1)  Load the Distribution into KIDS using option 1 on the KIDS
        Installation menu.  The distribution was released in a
        file named atx_0510.39k.

    3)  Verify the load using option 2 on the KIDS Installation
        menu.

    4)  Consider using options 3 and 4 on the KIDS Installation
        menu to print and compare the Transport global.

    5)  Install the distribution using option 6 on the
        Installation menu.

    6)  For results, use the KIDS "Install File Print" option to 
        view/print the "ATX*5.1*39" entry.
