1.  GENERAL INFORMATION
 
    a)  Print all notes/readme files.
 
    b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the
        installation is captured.  This will insure a printed
        audit trail if any problems should arise.
    
    c)  This build contains the following modifications:
        Updated the following taxonomies:
         - BGP BMI DXS
         - BGP ECQM ADV ILLNESS DXS
         - BGP ECQM FRAILTY DXS
         - BGP ECQM STATIN ADV DXS    
         - BGP HIV/AIDS DXS
         - BGP IPC BIPOLOR DIAG DXS
         - BGP IPC DEPRESSION DIAG DXS
         - BGP TOBACCO DXS
         - BGP TOBACCO USER DXS

     
        Created the following new taxonomies
         - BGP HR PNEUMO IMMUNO
         - BGP HR PNEUMO MED
         - BGP HR ZOSTER
         - BGP HR PNEUMO CFL
        
        Removed SSN from the following 2 bulletins:
        APCL DIABETES REG NEW CASE
        APCL DIABETES REG COMPLICATION

3.  REQUIREMENTS
 
    a)  Kernel v8.0 patch 1018 (XU*8.0*1018) or later  
    b)  FileMan v22.0 patch 1018 (DI*22.0*1018) or later  
    c)  Taxonomy v5.1 patch 41 (atx*5.1*41)
      
     
4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
    In all UCI's running Taxonomy:
  
    1)  Load the Distribution into KIDS using option 1 on the KIDS
        Installation menu.  The distribution was released in a
        file named atx_0510.42k.

    3)  Verify the load using option 2 on the KIDS Installation
        menu.

    4)  Consider using options 3 and 4 on the KIDS Installation
        menu to print and compare the Transport global.

    5)  Install the distribution using option 6 on the
        Installation menu.

    6)  For results, use the KIDS "Install File Print" option to 
        view/print the "ATX*5.1*42" entry.
