1.  GENERAL INFORMATION
 
    a)  Print all notes/readme files.
 
    b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the
        installation is captured.  This will insure a printed
        audit trail if any problems should arise.
    
    c)  This patch creates a new fileman file of data:

        FILE: ATX RXCUI PRODUCT INGREDIENT MAP
        GLOBAL: ^ATXRXCUI(
        FILE #: 9002227.9

        This file is used by Antimicrobial Use Reporting (F6)
        to map a product RXCUI code to an ingredient RXCUI code
        
        Feature #106268
        ATX: Create a new Fileman file to house Product RXCUI to the
        Ingredient RXCUI mapping.
        Off-cycle release to create a new fileman file within the
        taxonomy system that will house the Product RXCUI to the 
        Ingredient RXCUI mapping in support of (f)(6) Antimicrobial
        Reporting.

3.  REQUIREMENTS
 
    a)  Kernel v8.0 patch 1018 (XU*8.0*1018) or later  
    b)  FileMan v22.0 patch 1018 (DI*22.0*1018) or later  
    c)  Taxonomy v5.1 patch 50 (atx*5.1*50)
      
     
4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
    In all UCI's running Taxonomy:
  
    1)  Load the Distribution into KIDS using option 1 on the KIDS
        Installation menu.  The distribution was released in a
        file named atx_0510.51k.

    3)  Verify the load using option 2 on the KIDS Installation
        menu.

    4)  Consider using options 3 and 4 on the KIDS Installation
        menu to print and compare the Transport global.

    5)  Install the distribution using option 6 on the
        Installation menu.

    6)  For results, use the KIDS "Install File Print" option to 
        view/print the "ATX*5.1*51" entry.
