1.  GENERAL INFORMATION
 
        a)  Print all notes/readme files.
 
        b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the
            installation be captured using an auxport printer
            attached to the terminal at which you are performing
            the software installation.  This will insure a printed
            audit trail if any problems should arise.

        c)  This patch includes patches 1 and 2 and does the following:
            1. Removed a screen on the Medicaid Eligible Plan Name field.
            2. Distributes the V LAB dictionary in order to expand the
               Accession Number field to 16 characters.
            3. Modifies the AUPNVMSR routine to allow a Vision value of HM.
            4. Modifies the $$DOB^AUPNPAT entry point to always pass back a
               4 digit year. (AUPNPAT3)
            5. Modifies the AUPNLK1I routine to always assume past dates on
               a DOB input in the patient lookup.
            6. Adds an "E" to the %DT set in 3 fields.

4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
        In all UCI's running IHS PATIENT DICTIIONARIES (PATIENT):
 
        a)  This is a KIDS install.  Load distribution aupn9910.02k.
            After it is loaded, then install it.  If you need assistance
            With a KIDS install please call your Area Support personnel.
                                                                   
        b)  Re-enable logins or the AUPNMENU.
