1.  GENERAL INFORMATION
 
    a)  Print all notes/readme files.
 
    b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the
        installation be captured using an auxport printer
        attached to the terminal at which you are performing
        the software installation.  This will insure a printed
        audit trail if any problems should arise.

    c) This patch includes patches 1 - 4 and does the following:
       1. Removed a screen on the Medicaid Eligible Plan Name field. *1
       2. Distributes the V LAB dictionary in order to expand the
          Accession Number field to 16 characters. *1
       3. Modifies the AUPNVMSR routine to allow a Vision value of HM. *1
       4. Modifies the $$DOB^AUPNPAT entry point to always pass back a
          4 digit year. (AUPNPAT3) *2
       5. Modifies the AUPNLK1I routine to always assume past dates on
          a DOB input in the patient lookup. *2
       6. Adds an "E" to the %DT set in 3 fields. *2
       7. Adds the following fields to the Patient Dictionary: *3
          .33  USER UPDATING PRIM CARE PROV
          .34  DATE PRIM CARE PROV UPDATED
          .35  NUMBER IN HOUSEHOLD
          .36  TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME
       8. Adds 2 triggers to the PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER field of the 
          PATIENT File to trigger the .33/.34 fields. *3
       9. Adds field 1211 to the Visit file (External Acct No.) *3
      10. Updates the Admission Source, Admission Type-UB92, and
          Discharge Type-UB92 fields in V Hospitalization.  *3
      11. Adds CPT MODIFIER and CPT MODIFIER 2 fields to V PROCEDURE. *3
      12. Adds DATE PASSED TO EXTERNAL TO V LAB, V RADIOLOGY and
          V MEDICATION. *3
      13. Adds V ELDER CARE dictionary *3
      14. Adds IHS HL7 SUPPLY INTERFACE dictionary. *3
      15. Adds PT REFUSAL FOR SERVICE dictionary. *3
      16. Adds BIRTH MEASUREMENT dictionary. *3
      17. Modifies the previous community multiple to do a $G instead of $D *4
      18. Adds VCN, EXTERNAL ACCT NO., CHIEF COMPLAINT to the VISIT file  *4
      19. Adds field 1501 (date passed to external) to V POV, V PROCEDURE,
          V LAB, V MEDICATION, V RADIOLOGY. *4
      20. Adds CPT Modifier fields to V RADIOLOGY.  *4
      21. Modifies input transform for TMP entry.  *4
      22. Adds VCN function call to AUPNVSIT.  *4
      23. Fixes PIN function call in AUPNPAT2.  *4

4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
    In all UCI's running IHS PATIENT DICTIONARIES (PATIENT):
 
    a)  This is a KIDS install.  Load distribution aupn9910.04k.
        After it is loaded, then install it.  If you need assistance
        With a KIDS install please call your Area Support personnel.
