1.  GENERAL INFORMATION 
         a)  Print all notes/readme files.  
         b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the 
             installation be captured using an auxport printer 
             attached to the terminal at which you are performing 
             the software installation.  This will insure a printed 
             audit trail if any problems should arise.
         c)  This patch corrects the following problems:
             1. The system does not currently allow a service time of 0.
             This patch corrects that problem.  The data dictionary
             field and chr-pcc link routine have been modified.
             2. Fixes the pre-export check routine to properly print the CHR.
 
2.  CONTENTS OF DISTRIBUTION 
 
         a)  bch_0100.03p  - patch 3 routine 
         b)  bch_0100.03n  - notes file for patch 3

3.  REQUIREMENTS 
 
        ****This patch should only be installed AFTER you have
		 installed the 1997 ICD Update********

4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 
 
         a.  Do a routine restore (^%RR) from file bch_0100.03p
         b.  D ^BCH2INIT
             answer yes to all questions, after this is done you
             may delete routines BCH2I*

         IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY INSTALLED PATCHES 1-2, DO THE FOLLOWING:
         c.  Run routine BCH10P1  (D ^BCH10P1)
         d.  You may now delete routine BCH10P1
         e.  Run routine ^BCH1INIT
         f.  You may now delete routines BCH1I*
