1.  GENERAL INFORMATION 
         a)  Print all notes/readme files.  
         b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the 
             installation be captured using an auxport printer 
             attached to the terminal at which you are performing 
             the software installation.  This will insure a printed 
             audit trail if any problems should arise.
c) This patch corrects the following 4 problems:
- the software has been modified to pass a generic ICD code for
  health education and case finding activities.  A routine
  is also included to fix visits previously created for these
  2 activities.
- a problem in the calculations in report CH9.
- a problem in the Medicare Eligible and Private Insurance
  eligible items in the general retrieval
- there was no way to enter a patient on a record in the edit record
  option.  This has been fixed.
- these routines are patched:  BCHRLU, BCHRLU1, BCHUEDT, BCHABC1, BCHRC9
- 1 new patch routine:     BCH10P6

         a)  bch_0100.06p  - patch 6 routines
         b)  bch_0100.06n  - notes file for patch 6

3.  REQUIREMENTS 
 
        ****This patch should only be installed AFTER you have
		 installed the 1997 ICD Update********

4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 
 
         a.  Do a routine restore (^%RR) from file bch_0100.06p
         b.  Set all kernel variables (D ^XUP then D P^DI)
             Run routine BCH10P6 (D ^BCH10P6)

         IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY INSTALLED PATCHES 1-3, DO THE FOLLOWING:
         c.  Run routine BCH10P1  (D ^BCH10P1)
         d.  Run routine ^BCH1INIT; answer yes to all questions
         e.  Run routine ^BCH2INIT; answer yes to all questions

         f.  YOU MAY NOW DELETE THE FOLLOWING ROUTINES:
             BCH10P1  BCH10P6 BCH1I*  BCH2I*
