1.  GENERAL INFORMATION
 
    a)  Print all notes/readme files. 
 
    b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the 
        installation be captured using an auxport printer 
        attached to the terminal at which you are performing 
        the software installation.  This will insure a printed 
        audit trail if any problems should arise.

    c)  This patch fixes the following:

        1. Adds Program as an item in the general retrieval.
        2. Adds program as a select items in several reports.
        3. Modifies 2 export routines to prevent subscript error
           in export.
        4. Fixed several places where a blank or invalid provider
           narrative caused an error.

2.  CONTENTS OF DISTRIBUTION 
 
    a)  bch_0100.12k  - patch 12 kids install file
    b)  bch_0100.12n  - notes file for patch 12

3.  REQUIREMENTS 
 
    Version 1.0 of the BCH package.
    ICD Update 2000 must be installed prior to loading this patch.

4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 
 
    a.  This is a KIDS Install.  The kids file is named bch_0100.12k.
        If you have questions about doing a KIDS install,
        please contact your area support personnel. 
         If you have NOT installed patch 1 run routine BCH10P1
         If you have NOT installed patch 2 run routine BCH1INIT
         If you have NOT installed patch 3 run routine BCH2INIT
         If you have NOT installed patch 6 run routine BCH10P6
         If you have NOT installed patch 9 run routine BCH10P9
         If you have NOT installed patch 10 run routine BCH10P10
