  1. General Information
 
     It is recommended that the terminal output of this install be
     captured on an auxport printer.
     It is recommended that you read through the entire installation
     guide before doing this install.

     This patch corrects a logical syntax error in the routine BDMFUTIL
     and checks the integrity of the Multiple node in the CMS
     COMPLICATIONS LIST - REGISTER multiple.

     This patch provides access to the 2000 diabetes audit via DMS.

     This patch corrects the name of the register when patients are
     transferred from a template.

     This patch adds 'WHERE FOLLOWED' to the basic data that can be
     edited for DMS patients.

  4. Installation Instructions

  This is a KIDS installation. Under the KIDS main menu, select
  Installation, then Load a Distribution. At the "Enter a Host File:
  " prompt, enter the filename bdm_0100..0k preceded by the appropriate
  pathname for your system.  (For example, /usr/spool/uucppublic/bdm_0100.01k)
  Answer yes to questions concerning "Continue to Load" and "Environment
  Check Routine".
  Under the same KIDS Installation menu, select "Install Package". Enter
  DIABETES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.  At the "DEVICE" prompt, select HOME
