1. GENERAL INFORMATION

***NOTE: The post init will populate each pharmacy defined in the
Outpatient Site file into the BDW SITE file. For each of these
pharmacy divisions you must provide an answer to the question
as to whether that pharmacy division wants to export
prescription data. The default is set to NO, DO NOT ENABLE
EXPORT. Enabling this data export will assist local sites with
extracting data to create an opioid surveillance strategy to
monitor local opioid prescribing and leverage utilization of
timely, actionable data to inform strategies and interventions.

Federal sites are REQUIRED to change the NO to a YES, ENABLE
       EXPORT.

Tribal and Urban sites must verify with site
leadership/Health Director prior to installing this patch to
determine which pharmacy division operating on this database
chooses to export data to the national prescription reporting
database at the data warehouse, if any. Tribal and Urban
pharmacies that want to export prescription data, are required
to change the NO to a YES, ENABLE EXPORT.

***NOTE: You must be logged into the division that is setup in
the BDW SITE file to install the patch.
