1. GENERAL INFORMATION

   This patch fixes the following:

   1.Key Changes for Version 8.0 Patch 3

Enhancements include the following:
1. Executive Order (EO) Quality Transparency Measures Report: For the hard-coded report option, removed the prompt for patient beneficiary population since it is set to include only American Indian/Alaska Native patients only.

2. Area EO Quality Transparency Measures Report: (1) For the hard-coded report option, removed the prompt for report period. This prompt was used for testing by the CRS staff and was inadvertently left in. The hard-coded report option for CRS 2008 will run the report for the report period of July 1, 2007 – June 30, 2008. (2) In the roll and scroll version of CRS, added the prompt that asks the user if the report is to be run for the Area Aggregate report or for a facility report. In CRS 8.0 Patch 2, this prompt was left out.

3. New 2009 National GPRA Report: Added menu option “GP9” that enables users to run the National GPRA Report for the report period of July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009 (GPRA year 2009) using the performance measure logic as it exists in CRS 2008 Version 8.0 Patch 2. This option will enable facilities to run and export their 2009 National GPRA Report data and will provide an estimate of how well they are performing for 2009. An Area Aggregate report is also added, as described below. This report contains the 2009 performance measure descriptions (i.e. 2009 GPRA targets) as they were previously identified on February 7, 2008. However, the 2009 targets are subject to change since they are related to 2008 performance.

4. New 2009 Area Aggregate National GPRA Report: Added menu option “AGP9” that runs the Area Aggregate National GPRA Report for the report period of July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009 (GPRA year 2009) using the performance measure logic as it is exists in CRS 2008 Version 8.0 Patch 2.

5. GPRA Measure Forecast Patient List
    a. All Measures: In the section describing how the measures can be met,
updated all of the dates to reflect GPRA year 2009.
    b. Diabetes Nephropathy Assessment: Fixed problem with incorrect
overdue date being displayed for patients with screening that
occurred prior to the current GPRA year.
    c. Annual Dental Exam: Fixed problem with overdue date not being
displayed when patient has never had an exam.
    d. Influenza Immunization: Fixed problem with not displaying
date of last influenza immunization when the immunization
occurred prior to the current GPRA year.
    e. Colorectal Cancer Screening: Fixed problem with not including
the list when the patient’s last screening is more than one
       year old.

6. Updated CRS Graphical User Interface (Visual CRS): The GUI contains all functionality included in CRS 2008 Version 8.0 Patch 3.
