This can be accomplished by using an auxport printer attached to the terminal where the installation is being done. This will ensure a printed audit trail if any problems should arise. c) As with any patch you apply to your system, you should do a full system backup immediately prior to the patch installation. It is imperative that you are sure that the backup finished completely, and that should the need arise, that you can restore from the backup. d) BJPN V2.0 Patch 12: 1. BJPN V2.0 Patch 12 can be installed any time after the installation of version 2.0 Patch 11 of the PRENATAL CARE MODULE. 2. BJPN V2.0 Patch 12 contains both a Kernel Installation and Distribution Systems (KIDS) release and an executable build file which installs Dynamic Linked Library files onto the EHR server. Both installations must be completed in order for the prenatal component to function properly. The order of installation does not matter. 3. Navigate to the folder on the server machine that contains the Prenatal EHR setup program, bjpn0200.12.exe. 2. Double click to launch the bjpn0200.12.exe program. The Prenatal Module EHR Components Setup wizard’s License Agreement dialog is displayed. 3. Click I Agree on the License Agreement dialog to continue. The wizard’s Choose Components dialog is displayed. 4. Verify EHR Prenatal Component Problem List is selected; click Next to continue. The Choose Install Location dialog is displayed. 5. Select the Destination Folder for the installation; For the Destination Folder, select the EHR Object Repository Folder (ie the \lib folder). click Install. 6. Click Finish to complete the installation. 7. Click Close. RPMS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS In all UCI's running EHR: **Use vcManager to disable logins and shutdown active RPMS EHR sessions prior to performing the following. a) This installation does require that EHR users be logged off of the system. The KIDS installation will take less than one minute to complete. The executable release will take five minutes or less to complete. b) While logged into your production UCI in programmer mode, use the the Kernel V8.0 Kernel Installation and Distribution Systems (KIDS) menu option to load the patch and run Verify Checksums in Transport Global using option 2 in the KIDS Installation Menu. c) Install the bjpn0200.12k file using the Kernel V8.0 KIDS menu while logged into your production UCI in programmer mode.
