Secondary Provider Letter-Signature Line changed to Contract Health Service Office. 6. Modify Referrals-No longer requires IHS Requesting Provider. 7. Fixed Fileman 22 DIC Lookup Call for Cache Sites. Patient Name printed twice at Fileman 22 Sites. 8. New Security Key BMCZEDIT now attached to main Data Entry Menu Option. 9. Removed the Security Key BMCZ MGR from Modify Referrals-All Fiscal Years. 10. New CHS Data element added to Link and Referral Display-Date Purchase Order Paid. Do a Routine Save of all BMC* routines. 2. Under the Kernel Installation & Distribution System Menu [XPD MAIN], use option Load A Distribution: Enter Host File: bmc_0200.01k Use option Build File Print of KIDS Utilities submenu to print and review components of this distribution. Install the Package: Select INSTALL NAME: BMC*2.00*1 Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options & Protocols? YES//NO Device: Home// After the installation is complete, use option Install File Print of the KIDS Utilities submenu to print and review the installation process. 3. Assign new Data Entry Menu Option Security Key BMCZEDIT to appropriate Uers. V.
