This will ensure a printed audit trail if any problems should arise. c) This is iCare Population Management GUI Version 2.2 Patch 1. This patch consists of two KIDS builds; BQI*2.2*1 and BKM*2.1*1. d) The patch adds/fixes/modifies the following functionality for both iCare and HIV Management System. iCare Fixes: 1. Meaningful Use Clinical Quality Hospital Measures The tab will be displayed if your site has installed BGP*11.0*4 or BGP*11.1*1. 2. Meaningful Use Clinical Quality Provider Measures Hover Help was not working correctly when hovering over the ‘N/A’ values. This has been corrected. 3. The time it takes for the weekly MU Provider CQ job run, varies from site to site depending on the server configuration, the number of providers selected for display in iCare and the amount of data in RPMS. In some cases, the weekly job continues to run into the normal workday. The weekly and monthly/quarterly jobs have been adjusted so that they are limited to run during the weekend and non-working hours (6pm – 6am). Additionally, the auto-scheduling of the weekly job has been removed so if your site does not wish to run this job, it can be deleted from TaskMan and not automatically re-scheduled by iCare. When the job checks and calculates that the job is going to continue running past 6am on M-F, it will stop and schedule a continuation job to begin at 6:30pm that evening where it will pick up with the next provider on the list. The continuation job should display similar to the sample below: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 49613: NIN^BQITASK5, MU CQ Continue Compile. No device. CDAB,CDAB. From Today at 5:24, By you. Scheduled for Today at 18:30 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Also, please change the schedule for job - BQI UPDATE MU CQM 90 DAYS from 7D to 1M and BQI UPDATE MU CQM 1 YEAR from 1M to 3M. Fixes error PTR+20^BQIUL2 If FileMan auditing was turned on for the CODE field in File 40.7, this error might have occurred. 5. Fixes error VIS+47^BQIDCAH2 In repopulating a panel with Visit definition, this error might have occurred. HIV Management System fixes: 6. Updates 4 taxonomies for H1N1 diagnosis codes. Previously, taxonomies SURVEILL H1N1 ADV EV LV DXS, SURVEILLANCE H1N1 DX, SURVEILLANCE SEV RESP DIS DXS, SURVEILLANCE ADV EVENTS LIVE contained the value of 488.1. This ICD9 code was made inactive as of Oct 1, 2010 and three new codes were added: 488.11, 488.12, and 488.19. These taxonomies were updated to include the three new codes. 7. HMS: QoC Report Timing Out. On certain sites, the iCare GUI has a timeout problem with the HMS QoC Report when the number of patients and amount of data takes longer than 15 minutes to compile. In these cases, the report will time out and not complete. This problem will be fixed in iCare version 2.3 but in the meantime, a menu option has been created so that the HMS QoC report can be run from an RPMS menu. Check with the HIV Coordinator to see on which RPMS menu they wish to have the menu, BKMV QOC REPORT placed. If your site has not had a problem with the QoC report timing out, you do not need to do anything with this menu option. It will be removed in version 2.3. 2.
