Specifically, it has the following updates: 1) Med Order Dialog - The SIG for eRx orders has been changed from 140 to 1000 characters. - Compound meds will now allow user to view the individual elements. - Patient must have an address to use eRX - Patient height has been added to the display - Patient must now have an address for eRX use 2) eRx Queue - References to Surescripts Refill Requests have been change to Surescript Requests 3) Refill Request Dialog - References to Deny NOTF have been change to Replace - Order dialog has been updated to handle non structured sigs - Order dialog has been changed to display dispensed medication,as sent by Surescripts and not the originally ordered medication. 4) NADEAN - The NADEAN number has been moved from the NTP to Order Summary text 5) RxCancel - Selecting Cancel on the Orders or Meds tab sends an RxCancel message to the Surescripts pharmacy. 6) RxFill - RxFill data will appear in the order details under the activity log 7) Surescripts MailBox button component - New with this patch - Content is specific to the logged in prescriber - Provides visual queues as to requests for prescriber with indication if there are requests for the selected patient - Supports review of past eRx orders - Supports review of denied eRx requests - Supports processing of RxRenewal requests 8) Notificatons - Notifications to from surescripts have been updated to provider better information to the providers The following Change Requests (CR) are addressed with this patch: 1) CR_10805- NCPDP:OE/RR- Modify Rx Notifications 2) CR_10804- NCPDP:EHR- Create/Add RxCancel functionality 3) CR_10803- NCPDP:EHR- Create/Add RxChange functionality 4) CR_10801- NCPDP:EHR- Modify NewRx functionality 5) CR_11219- NCPDP:Modify the Quantity field in the Outpatient medication order dialog in EHR 6) CR_11270– Quick Order - List index out of bounds error User not able to cleanly exit when unable to prescribe 7) CR_11274– EPCS - Order DEA archive issues - Backdoor orders 8) CR_11298- EPCS - Order DEA archive issues - CS Discontinue signature 9) CR_11302- EPCS: Updated BEHORXSP routine BSTS/DTS lookup call. 10) CR_10877- Chief Complaint and Telemedicine 3. REQUIREMENTS a) VA Kernel v8.0 patch 1019 b) VA FileMan v22.0 or later c) Cache v5.0 or later d) APSP*7.0*1024 - Must be installed prior to this patch e) EHR*1.1*25 f) BGO*1.1*24 4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS **Use vcManager to disable logins and shutdown active RPMS EHR sessions prior to performing items a and b below. a) Self-Extracting Archive 1) Execute the self-extracting archive (ehr_0110.26.exe) on the server where the RPMS-EHR shared folder resides. 2) When prompted for the installation folder, enter the full path to the shared folder where your bin and lib folders reside for the installation being updated. 3) Click the Unzip button to proceed with the extraction of compressed files. 4) When prompted, update any ini file settings if necessary and click OK. The VueCentric ini file will be updated with the new settings. b) KIDS Distribution Perform the following steps for the ehr_0110.26k build files. 1) Load and install the distribution into KIDS using option 1 on the KIDS Installation menu. 2) Verify the load using option 2 on the KIDS Installation Menu 3) Consider using the options 3 and 4 on the KIDS Installation Menu to print and compare the transport. 4) Install the distribution using option 6 on the KIDS Installation Menu. 5.
