1.  CONTENTS OF DISTRIBUTION

    A.   fm__2100.02p (complete routines file)
    B.   fm__2100.02n (this notes file)

2.  REQUIREMENTS

    A.   Kernel 7.1 or later
    B.   fm__2100.p1 (cumulative patch for VA seq 1-13)
    

3.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

    NOTE:  The routines file contains the Fileman routines which were 
           modified or added by the VA patches to Fileman 21 sequence
	   14 through 16.  The first patch (fm__2100.p1) contained all
           routines modified or added by the VA patches to Fileman 21
           sequence 1 through 13.  If you have not installed Patch 1,
           you cannot install Patch 2.
           

	A.    FOR SITES WHO HAVEN'T YET INSTALLED FM 21:

	      Restore (^%RR) routines from file fm__2100.p1.
              Follow the notes file that were distributed with the 96cert
              release of FM 21 to complete the installation of FM 21.  
	      Then restore (^%RR) routines from file fm__2100.02p.

        B.    FOR SITES WHO ALREADY HAVE INSTALLED FM 21 and PATCH 1:

	      Restore (^%RR) routines from file fm__2100.02p  You are finished.
