    A.   fm__2100.03p (complete routines file)
    B.   fm__2100.03n (this notes file)

2.  REQUIREMENTS

    Kernel 7.1 or later
 
3.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

    (NOTE:  The routines file contains all of Fileman 21 plus all patches
     from the VA through sequence #18.  Because it is a cumulative patch 
     file, you can load fm__2100.03p whether you have loaded the previous
     patches or even if you are loading Fileman 21 for the first time.)

    ALL USERS MUST BE OFF THE SYSTEM AND ALL JOBS STOPPED BEFORE INSTALLING
    THIS PATCH. 


    In all UCI's running FileMan:

    A.  Do routine restore from the file fm__2100.03p (657 routines).

    B.  Use %RCOPY to copy DIDTC, DIDT, and DIRCR to MGR UCI.
	In the MGR UCI,
	ZL DIDTC ZS %DTC
	ZL DIDT ZS %DT
        ZL DIRCR ZS %RCR

    C.  In each UCI containing the FileMan routines D ^DINIT and
        initialize FileMan and the Package file.
