 1.  GENERAL INFORMATION

     a)  This patch is a cumulative patch from VA patch Sequence # 52-71
         and 73. This contains patches through 78 and 81 and ICD codes through
         Oct 2011, which is the IHS nationally released ICD FY 2012 codes.
      

     b)  Description of changes:	

         1. Adds all ICD, CPT and Snomed updates to the Lexicon utility.

         2. Fixes an index problem on the Lexicon file used for lookup.

     c)  Typical time for the install is 20 minutes.

 4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

     a) Save the Lexicon routines
        Example:

     e)  This is a KIDS Install.  Use the Installation options on the KIDS
         menu.

     f)  Load the Distribution into KIDS using option 1 on the KIDS
         Installation menu.  The distribution was released in a file named
         lex_0200.1002k.

     g)  Verify the load using option 2 on the KIDS Installation menu.

     h)  Consider using options 3 and 4 on the KIDS Installation menu to
         print and compare the Transport.   

     i)  Install the distribution using option 6 on the Installation menu.

     j)  For results, read the generated MailMan message, or use the KIDS
         "Install File Print" option to view/print the "LEX*2.0*1002"
         entry.

     k)  The post-install routine, LEX2I02E and LEX2I02P, will deliver a patch
         installation mail message to local users that hold the XUMGR, XUPROG,
         or XUPROGMODE security key.
