GENERAL INFORMATION a) This patch is a data only patch from VA patch LEX*2.0*137. This patch is cumulative from IHS patch Lex*2.0*1010. IHS patch Lex*2.0*1010 must be installed. This patch will update patch Lex*2.0*1011, Lex*2.0*1012, Lex*2.0*1013 and Lex*2.0*1014 if they have not been installed. Patch Lex*2.0*1014 contains three changes from FY21 4th Qtr (effective Jul 30, 2021), 13 changes from FY21 4th Qtr (effective Aug 12, 2021) and 4 projected changes for FY22 2nd Qtr (effective Jan 01, 2022). b) Description of changes: Adds and updates CPT and HCPCS codes for the Lexicon utility. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS a) Save the LEX and LEXT globals EXAMPLE: D ^%GO Global output Device: C:\PUB\LEX.P1013.sav.GO Parameters? "WNS" => Description (^ for self-loading): LEX and LEXT global save prior to patch 1014 install All Globals? No => No Global ^LEX Global ^LEXT Global ^ 2 globals selected from 1427 available globals. LEX LEXT 2 globals written Note: the save can be completed anytime before the install with users on the system. b) This release should be installed during off-peak hours with users off the system. Verify file size after uncompressing/unzipping files: lex_0200.1014k c) This is a KIDS Install. Use the Installation options on the KIDS menu. d) Load the Global Distribution into KIDS using option 1 on the Installation menu. The distribution was released in a file named lex_0200.1014k. e) For results, read the generated MailMan message, or use the KIDS "Install File Print" option to view/print the "LEX*2.0*1014" entry. i) The post-install routine, LEX2I14E and LEX2I14P, will deliver a patch installation mail message to local users that hold the XUMGR, XUPROG, or XUPROGMODE security key. 5.
