1.  GENERAL INFORMATION
 
* * NOTE: THIS PATCH CONTAINS INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOTH INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT 
          SITES. 

    a)  Print all notes/readme files.
 
    b) It is recommended that the terminal output during the installation be 
       captured using an auxport printer attached to the terminal at which you 
       are performing the software installation.  This will insure a printed
       audit trail if any problems should arise.

Here's a list of all fixes included in this patch #2.

Note: Routine "SDPURG" contains changes that address Y2K compliance issues!
 
    1. SDPURG - Y2K Fix
 
    2. ADGDSN - Program would not queue properly.

    3. SDCP - A quit condition on a 'for' loop was not functioning properly.
 
    4. ADGSRVP1 - A division by zero error was resolved.
 
    5. ADGSVP1 - Same as #4.

    6. SDAL - Program would not queue properly because of a missing variable.
 
    7. SDMULT0 - Incorrect 'if' statement corrected.
 
    8. DGPMV20 - Modified to handle 'Variable Pointer' field.
 
    9. ASDAL - Modified to prompt user for patients phone number.
 
   10. SDC1 - Program would not queue properly because of missing variable.

3. REQUIREMENTS

   a) MAS version 5.0

   b) MAS Patch #1 (file name = mas_0500.01p)

4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

   In all UCI's running the MAS (ADT and SCHEDULING) package:

   a. Ensure all MAS users are logged off.  No need to disable logins.

   b. Do a routine save of the following routines:

      SDPURG, ADGDSN, SDCP, ADGSRVP1, ADGSVP1, SDAL, SDMULT0, DGPMV20
      ASDAL,  SDC1
      (Note:  Remove this save from the system 7-10 days after this
              installation if no problems noted with new install)
 
   c. Do a routine restore (D ^%RR) of mas_0500.02p (17 routines included).
 
      Note: If patch #1 has not been installed, refer to patch #1 instructions
            in notes file (mas_0500.01n).

   d. Patch install has been completed.
