1.  GENERAL INFORMATION
 
* * NOTE: THIS PATCH CONTAINS INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOTH INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT 
          SITES. 

    a)  Print all notes/readme files.
 
    b) It is recommended that the terminal output during the installation be 
       captured using an auxport printer attached to the terminal at which you 
       are performing the software installation.  This will insure a printed
       audit trail if any problems should arise.

    4. SDCLDOW - Print List of Clinics by Day of Week - An invalid 'quit
                 condition' has been fixed.
 
    5. ADGSRVP1 - HSA-202 Report - A calculation problem with dividing by
                  zero has been fixed.

    6. ASDREG - Reg Edit Allowed From Scheduling - Bad line tag reference fixed.
 
    7. SDD - Re-map A Clinic - An invalid 'quit condition' has been fixed. 
 
    8. SDCLK - Look Up Clerk Who Made Appointment - An invalid 'quit condition'
               has been fixed.
 
    9. ADGCRB6 - 'A' Sheet Report - An incorrect 'Underlying Cause of Death' 
                  look up has been fixed.

   10. ADGCRB5 - An invalid 'Break' command has been removed.  

   11. SDRFC -  Radiology Pull List - Multiple invalid 'quit conditions' have 
                been fixed.

   12. ADGWMM2 - Ward Medicare/Medicaid Print Report - Invalid 'quit condition'
                fixed.

3. REQUIREMENTS

   a) MAS version 5.0

   b) MAS Patches #1 and #2 (file names = mas_0500.01n and mas_0500.02n)

   Note: This requirement only applies to sites that have not loaded MAS 
         patches 1 and 2!!

4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

   In all UCI's running the MAS (ADT and SCHEDULING) package:

   a. Ensure all MAS users are logged off.  No need to disable logins.

   b. Do a routine save of the following routines:

      SDCWL1    SDCLDOW    SDD      SDCLK     SDRFC    ADGDSST
      ADGDSQA   ADGSRVP1   ASDREG   ADGCRB6   ADGWMM2  ADGCRB5
      SDCWL     SDCWL2     ADGSVP1

      (Note:  Remove this save from the system 7-10 days after this
              installation if no problems noted with new install)
 
   c. Do a routine restore (D ^%RR) of mas_0500.03p (30 routines included).
 
      Note: If patch #1 has not been installed, refer to patch #1 instructions
            in notes file (mas_0500.01n).

   d. Patch install has been completed.
