I.  GENERAL INFORMATION

    A. This patch addresses the following four problems:

       1. The option RA STATRACK has been modified to edit exams and
          reports in a way that is consistent with other editing options.
          When a site sets PCC to SEND AT EXAMINED, cases that have gone 
          to EXAMINED through this option are now sent to PCC. Reports are
          now adequately locked while being edited.

       2. A potential partition overflow error while using the Online
          Verification (OLV) option to verify a large number of reports
          has been fixed.

       3. When an exam is SENT TO PCC AT EXAMINED, the IMPRESSION field in
          the V RAD file is stuffed with "NO IMPRESSION." When a report
          with an IMPRESSION is verified, the V RAD file is now updated
          with the first line of the verified IMPRESSION.

       4. A problem with an incorrect clinic being sent to PCC in some
          cases has been corrected.

    B. This patch is cumulative of 7 previous patches.

       Nine routines and one input template for this patch:

 IV. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

     A. Backup all RA routines using %RS.
        1. D ^%RS
        2. select HFS.
        3. enter a save file name of your choice. For example: 
		'RA_8.20010831'
           where 20010831 is the date the snapshot is created.
        4. enter a comment such as 'Pre patch 8 snapshot of Radiology routines'.
        5. select routines 'RA*'

     B. Have all Radiology users log off the system. This install will
        take about 5 minutes.

     C. Perform KIDS load of file ra__0400.08k

     D. Use INSTALL NAME: RA*4.0.8 to install this distribution. 

        1. Answer "yes" to both questions for RA*4.0*8

           a. Incoming Files:

                 Note:  You already have the 'LABEL PRINT FIELDS' File.
                        Want my data to overwrite yours? YES//
                
                 Note: the data included is NOT site data and is used to
                       format print fields
      
           b. Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
                 Protocols? YES//

              Enter options you wish to mark as 'Out Of Order': RA OVERALL   

               Note: enter what ever menu options your site uses to access
                     the Radiology package.

     E. In the event of an install failure, restore the snap 
        shot file created in step IV. A:

        1. D ^%RR
        2. enter snap shot file name from step IV.A.3
        3. restore all routines.
        4. Contact Site Manager and/or Area Office
