******************************************************************

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

    A. This patch will correct a problem where a device is being prompted
for after a flash card is being printed automatically by the device
specified for a particular procedure. After installing this patch
if the flash card is automatically printed, no device is prompted
       for.

    B. When registering a patient the question:
"Do you wish to print a worksheet?" used to default to "YES".
After this patch, it defaults to "NO".

    C. The PCC DATE and TIME prompt has been defaulting to the current
year if the year is not entered. This has caused occurrences of
future dates being passed to the V RAD file. Future dates are not
accepted by PCC so these exams were not being processed by PCC.
After this patch, the PCC DATE and TIME prompt will assume a past
date if no year is entered.

    D. The transport global contains the install file for patch 10. If
the conversions performed by patch 10 have completed, they will
not be run again. If the conversions have not completed, patch
10 will attempt to complete them before installing this patch.
The routines for this patch will not be loaded until both
conversions performed by patch 10 have completed. Please see
the installation notes for patch 10&11 for requirements and
       information about these conversions.

The environment check for patch 10 has been modified for this
distribution. The install will now abort cleanly if the Allergy
       Tracking System is not installed.
