1.  GENERAL INFORMATION
 
        a)  Print all notes/readme files.
 
        b)  It is recommended that the terminal output during the
            installation be captured using an auxport printer
            attached to the terminal at which you are performing
            the software installation.  This will insure a printed
            audit trail if any problems should arise.

        c)  This patch contains the following:

            1.  CR 11731 - CCDA and Imaging Capture for 2015 CHIT
		Radiology Interpreting Site
            2.  CR 11798 - Radiology API for the CCDA team

	    3.  Addition of menu option RA INTERPRETING SITE

	    4.  Addition of security key RAZRIS


2.  CONTENTS OF DISTRIBUTION
 
        a)  ra__0500.1008n - This Notes file
        b)  ra__0500.1008k - RA KIDS install file
        c)  ra__0500.1008o.pdf - Configuration and User Guide 
      
3.  REQUIREMENTS
 
        a)  Kernel v 8.0 p1018 or later
 
        b)  FileMan v 22.0 p1018 or later

	    c)  Radiology (RA) Version 5.0 through patch 1007


4.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
        In all UCI's where this patch will be installed:
 
        a)  This patch consists of a KIDS installs.
        b)  This install affects the Radiology HL7 Interface, and
            Radiology users should be OFF the system during install.
            Radiology interfaces do not need to be shut down.
        c)  Do a routine save of all RA* and BRA* routines (D ^%RO)
        d)  Load distribution ra__0500.1008k into KIDS using option 1
            on the installation menu.
        e)  Verify the load using option 2 on the KIDS Installation Menu
		f)  Consider using the options 3 and 4 on the KIDS Installation
            Menu to print and compare the transport
        g)  Install the distribution using option 6 on the KIDS
            Installation Menu.
			You may answer NO to inhibit logins or disable options.
        h)  For results, use the KIDS "Install File Print" option to view/print
            the "RA*5.0*1008" entry.

	i)  Assign the RAZRIS key to personnel that need to Add/Edit the
	    Radiology Interpreting Site.

        j)  If you need assistance with a KIDS install please call
            your Area Support personnel.
