1.  GENERAL INFORMATION 
  
        a)  This patch prevents the possibility of an <INDER>
            (indirection) error, or incorrect logic execution,
            if the name of the operating system in ^%ZOSF("OS")
            does not contain a "-".  The name of the OS in the
            "OS" node is non-standard, and must be handled case
            by case.  This error was found when testing on an NT
            OS.
        b)  This patch cannot be installed by the Remote Patch
            Installation utility (ZIBRPI), since this patch includes
            the ZIBRPI routine.
  
        c)  This patch is cumulative of previous patches.
