Physical Diagrams
			Selecting Physical Models will display the relationship between the Registration and Encounter structures with their physical names. Clicking on the individual structure will bring up a detailed relationship model
			Selecting the Physical, Registration link will provide a detailed relationship over the tables and included fields
		Selecting the Physical, Encounter link will provide a detailed relationship over the tables and included fields
